Q: Do you offer discounts?

Q: Do I need to worry about setting anything up?

There is some set up and customization involved, but you will have access to guided setup, tutorials, and 1:1 onboarding calls so you're never on your own.

Q: Will I have support if something breaks or I get stuck?

We get it—every travel agency is different. Some of you send dozens of text messages every week, others barely touch Instagram. Rather than crank up the monthly price to cover unlimited everything (and charge everyone more), we’ve taken a simpler approach.

Every Possibl plan includes generous usage—like hundreds of texts and AI replies each month—built right into your plan. That’s usually more than enough for most solo or small agencies.

But if your business grows (and we hope it does), or you want to use advanced tools like our AI-powered replies or send more messages to clients, you’ll still have full access. Anything beyond your included usage just gets billed automatically—so you only pay for what you actually use.

This keeps Possibl affordable for new agents, powerful for growing agencies, and flexible enough to meet you wherever you are. You’re not locked into limits—and you’re not paying for things you don’t need.
